After Müller entered the cluttered US yogurt market, The Mom Complex was invited to help develop product concepts that would allow their new line of yogurt to become a healthy alternative to high-calorie desserts.

An in-depth study among US mothers utilizing our Passion & Pain research app, followed by several Maverick Mom Innovation Sessions to concept new names, features, ingredients and messaging.

New products.
Following the Maverick Mom’s advice, four new dessert-inspired flavors of yogurt were launched nationwide.
New marketing platform.
Positioning the brand as special treat for when mothers finally get a moment to themselves, Müller launched a provocative new advertising campaign that invited moms to never be “overscheduled and under caramelized”.
